Craig Cassarino
Senior Managing Partner at Leonardo Technologies Inc. (LTI), and Commercial Consul to Brazil for the State of New Hampshire (USA), Mr. Cassarino is a trusted advisor to many leading edge technology firms. Mr. Cassarino is widely recognized in the Recycling and Renewable Energy Sectors in the US and Brazil and has managed many businesses in both countries. Mr. Cassarino has also been involved in the design of several patented renewable energy technologies.
Mr. Cassarino’s first work in the area of renewables was Recycling Development Corp of America (RDCA) which he owned and managed from 1985 to 1991. Moving to Brazil, he set up a consulting and development firm, Ecologica, which continued to expand upon his work in the field of environmental/economic sustainability and renewable energy. Ecologica represented companies such as Zond/Enron Wind Energy, BioDevelopment Inc. and Rubbermaid and was instrumental in the development of many renewable and recycling programs throughout Brazil. In 1997, Mr. Cassarino returned to the US doing projects with RDCA until becoming a founding partner in Leonardo Technologies Inc. (LTI) in 2001. LTI provides consulting services to the US Government on evaluating and testing emerging technologies. Clients include the Department of Energy, the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Defense.
Mark Gross
Mark Gross, Managing Director, ITDC LLC, is an experienced consultant and project manager, with a background in launching products and services as well as general business management and project finance. He has worked as a manager and consultant in both large corporations and smaller entrepreneurial firms in the Americas as well as the EU.
After working in New York in finance and Argentina in telecommunications, Mr. Gross founded his first international company in Brazil in 1993, a telecommunications operation, reselling services for firms based in Argentina, Brazil and the USA. Selling this venture in 1997 he went to Babson College, the top ranked Entrepreneurial MBA program in the US, graduating Magna cum Laude in 1999. He was hired as the Director of Business Development and Sales in Latin America for a large EU based multinational, The Kinnevik Group, before forming the market research and consulting firm Paremi. Paremi focused on consulting to many of the top 100 Hi-Tech firms including IBM, Entrust, Siebel Systems, BEA Systems, Lucent and Sun Microsystems, providing domestic and international (LATAM/EU) sales and market research and business development services. As part of Mr. Gross’ role, he expanded the company into alternative energy and established its Paremi Energy Solutions division before coming to work at ITDC full time.

Vladimir Ranevsky, Director of T-Pyxhidis, Ltda. (Sao Paulo, Brazil) is an experienced executive, who has worked in senior management for Brazilian, European and American companies in various segments. Mr. Ranevsky brings deep business process and management experience, along with a diverse set of high level in-country contacts for Brazil.
Mr. Ranevsky’s current company, T-Pyx, sets as its objective to advise, assess and manage local companies in early, growing or restructuring stages, providing direction in their planning processes. This work is done for both domestic companies and foreign companies looking to establish themselves in South America. In the past T-Pyx has worked on projects to: restructure businesses and departments; validate and develop new businesses; establish affiliated companies in Brazil; and establish affiliated relationships with companies in the EU and the USA. T-Pyx works closely with its clients to define clear strategy plans, giving companies focus in their daily activities. T-Pyx customers include companies in the environmental, chemical, telecommunications, manufacturing and software segments.
Prior to this venture Mr. Ranevsky has held positions with many multinational corporations, managing regional operations at an executive level, including RR Donnelley, Clariant AG and Sandoz AG. T-Pyx is currently under contract to manage the Brazilian operations of Relacom, a multi-Billion dollar Multinational Telecom Maintenance Operation with 5,000+ employees in Brazil.
