International Technology Development Corp (ITDC LLC) was formed in 2004 by Craig Cassarino, Commercial Consul to Brazil and a Managing Partner at Leonardo Technologies Inc. (LTI). The initial objective of the firm was to expand upon LTI’s government research and consulting work in renewable and alternative energy in North America by developing energy projects and commercializing technologies in South America.

To complement his experience in international business and alternative energy technologies, Mr. Cassarino hired Mark Gross of Paremi Energy Solutions, who brought in-country management experience and high level commercial and governmental contacts for Brazil as well as extensive business development and project management experience.

Mr. Gross has since led the growth of the firm, focusing on developing green energy projects and technology agreements, currently with a portfolio of agreements and associated projects under development, each worth between $20M – $200M.  Mr. Gross has also overseen the implementation of various technology and market consulting projects for client companies seeking advice on sales and marketing strategies in Brazil.
